Certificate III in Pathology (Pathology Collection)

Become a qualified Pathology Collector. Learn to safely collect blood and other specimens, perform ECG procedures, and conduct drug and alcohol testing, with the professional skills to deliver accurate results and quality patient care.

How much does the course cost?

Fees depend on your circumstances, including any credit transfer you may be eligible for. Speak with a Course Advisor for a clear quote. You can pay upfront or choose a payment plan with weekly or fortnightly instalments.

Applications are open now. Theory is online and self-paced so you can begin studying soon after enrolment rather than waiting for a fixed semester date.

Workshops and training days run at our campuses in NSW, QLD, and VIC. Clinical placement is organised for you at industry partner sites in the same states.

Yes. Credit Transfer may apply if you have completed equivalent units before, and Recognition of Prior Learning may apply if you have gained relevant skills through work. Both can shorten your course, and Credit Transfer can also reduce your fees.

Yes. Units from the superseded HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection may be eligible for credit transfer into the new HLT37525 qualification. A Course Advisor can check your individual situation.
